Free initial consultation

It is important to feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose, so if you think I could be the right one for you, I offer a free initial assessment.In this time we can discuss briefly what brings you to counselling, what you hope to achieve and if we both feel we could work well together. Initial contact call is held on the telephone and can last up to 30mins. 

Online/telephone £50

I offer sessions through the online platform Whereby and telephone. Providing sessions this way can be helpful to clients who may have difficulty getting to a location or prefer to be in their own space. Sessions are 50 mins.
