Counselling

I am a Person Centred counsellor, which means that I have a non-directive approach.

I offer a counselling space which warm, friendly and non-judgemental. It's in this unique environment that we can explore what is going on for you.

A trusted space where you can feel valued and listened to.

You are the expert on you. Our worlds are full of friends, family and professionals ready to give advice. Which can be very helpful and needed at times.

Our sessions will be a space for you to work out how you feel, and relate to the world around you.

Whatever your reasons for seeking counselling , if you are feeling that it is preventing you from moving forward or is becoming an obstacle between family and friends, I would like to offer the space to explore it with you.

The person centred approach encourages you to explore your own views, beliefs, thoughts and feelings. By learning more about yourself, this can help build confidence and acceptance of your own personal identity.

I offer short and long term therapy, this can be discussed at your initial session.

What can Counselling help with?

I am an  Registered Member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

Choosing to be part of this membership demonstrates that I work within their Ethical framework.
