Parental Anxiety-

Supporting You Through the Transitions of Parenthood

Supporting parents is a cause very close to my heart. Whether you are navigating life with a newborn, a busy toddler, or a teenager, I understand that the journey of raising a child can be as challenging as it is rewarding.

If you are experiencing parental burnout or finding the transition to parenthood a significant challenge, I am here to offer you an authentic and non-judgmental space to explore these feelings.

In our work together, you are the priority. I believe that anxieties about parenthood can show up at any time; they don't follow a schedule, and they often pull on our own experiences from childhood, shaping how we feel today. In this space, there is no 'right' way to feel and no 'perfect' way to parent.

My role is not to provide a manual or to tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a relationship built on empathy and genuine presence. By creating a safe environment where you can speak honestly, we can begin to untangle the 'shoulds' and the 'musts' that lead to overwhelm."

By exploring your unique experience of parenthood, we work toward helping you feel more grounded and more like 'you' again. Whether you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, the loss of your pre-parent identity, or the heavy weight of 'what-ifs,' I will walk alongside you with warmth and respect.

You deserve to be supported and seen.

If you feel ready to take the next step, I am looking to hold a reflective space where as a small group we can begin to explore whats happening beneath the surface.

These workshops will offer a chance to pause, reflect and gently turn towards your own experience as a parent.

If this resonates, you are invited to register your interest and be the first to hear more.
